Terms and Conditions for Delivery Service

1.Introductory Article

With a permanent concern to better meet the requirements of its customers, Qeelin is offering, alongside the network of stores, a distance selling service by telephone.

The list of Qeelin items can be viewed on website.

Any sales by telephone is concluded under the resolutive condition of the acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale by the customer. These General Conditions of Sale shall apply for as long as they appear on the website. Should after the date of their modification or the removal of the website, these General Conditions of sale remain accessible to the public via other website or by any other means, they would however no longer be binding on Qeelin.

The Terms and Conditions are written in the Chinese and English languages and both shall have equal validity. If there is any conflict or inconsistency between the Chinese and English version, the English version shall remain final.

Qeelin reserves the right to interpret and amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.

Please note that your billing address, phone number and email must match the information on your credit card statement Your credit card will not be charged at the time you submit your order but will be authorized for verification purposes. The transaction will be charged to your credit card after we have verified your card details and received credit authorization. We accept only one form of payment per order.

3.Delivery Details and Lead time

Delivery service is complimentary unless product is undelivered. If delivery failure due to unable to reach, additional delivery cost maybe incurred. Confirmed orders are to be shipped within the
next day of order confirmation. During high volume time, Qeelin reserves the right to extend the delivery lead-time. All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding Statutory. Holidays and days of severe weather. Our agents will call to inform you of the delivery arrangement prior to their arrival at your delivery address. In case that we are unable to reach you on the phone, the delivery will be attempted. If no one is available to accept the delivery at the address, we will contact you later for rescheduling the delivery of your order and additional shipping fee may incur.

4.Can I ship Internationally?

Our delivery service is available locally only. We are unable to deliver internationally but we invite you to visit a local Qeelin store. To locate a Qeelin store near you, please visit our store locator at 

5.Can I ship to multiple addresses?

We can only ship to one address per order. To ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each location.  

6.What addresses are restricted for delivery?

Purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes, freight forwarder, hotels or to any address outside of your country.  

7.Is a signature required upon delivery of my order?

For security reasons, the recipient needs to sign upon delivery. All orders are delivered by Ferrari (our designated delivery agent). Please note that Qeelin is not responsible for unanticipated delivery delays.

8.How can I track my order?

Qeelin will send you emails during the order process to keep you informed of the status of your purchase. Please note that during peak times, your order delivery lead time may be delayed without prior notice.

9.Refund and Exchange

We do not accept return, refund or exchange once order has been confirmed. For orders in France, refund or exchange can be made within 14 days following the delivery date, in their original packaging (boxes, accessories, protective materials, booklet, warranty) and accomplished by the duly completed return order form as well as a copy of the invoice to the nearest Qeelin store.It is the customer’s responsibility to keep proof of this return, which presupposes that the items must be returned using a recorded delivery service or by any other means providing a certain date and with the costs and risks of return remaining borne by the customer. Or return by person to the closest Qeelin shop in the same city as the delivered address. The refund of the returned items at the invoiced price shall be made, according to the payment method for this item. Returned items that are incomplete, damaged, spoiled, soiled or in any other condition which would reasonably leave one to think that the product has been used or worn, shall neither be refunded nor exchanged and shall be returned by post.
