Mr. Dennis Chan at The New York Times 2018 International Luxury Conference

Mr. Dennis Chan, Founder and Creative Director of Qeelin, had a fascinating panel discussion on The East-West Luxury Superhighway in The New York Times 2018 International Luxury Conference in Hong Kong yesterday.

“Created in 2004, Qeelin is a fine jewelry brand that takes inspiration from Chinese symbolism. The language we are using in design is very international. We have a strong Chinese character but still the presentation of Qeelin is very international. From day one when I launched Qeelin, I aim at an international brand. This is why I opened a store in Paris”, said Dennis. He also explained that the philosophy and creativity behind a brand are more important than where it comes from.

The New Wulu Pendant, Dare to Denim?
For the rebel in us, Qeelin has designed a first-ever Wulu Denim Pendant in 18K white gold with diamonds. The bold contrast is classic Qeelin. Qeelin officially announces its online partnership with e-commerce retailer Tmall’s invitation-only Luxury Pavilion. Qeelin’s presence on Tmall’s Luxury Pavilion will help the platform to reach even more high-end online shoppers and young customers through online invitation. They will be able to enjoy exclusive personalized and seamless online-to-offline experiences of high-end jewellery and luxury shopping. Exclusive online release of Nazha’s bracelet
The first fine jewellery brand in the Luxury Pavilion, Qeelin is opening its store prior to Qixi Festival, also known as “Chinese Valentine’s Day”. Brand ambassador Nazha dazzled at the 71st Festival de Cannes with Qeelin brand new Couture Wulu Collection
The world’s eyes are on the 71st Festival de Cannes. And with good reason. Everywhere you turn, there’s someone outrageously attractive and talented draped in the most luxurious of jewellery. Qeelin's Creative Director Dennis Chan is undaunted by the competition his couture pieces face on this occasion, and debuted a series of stunning new pieces, which were worn by its brand ambassador Nazha.
Nazha stands out in Qeelin’s new Couture Wulu gems featuring a luscious red ruby with sparkling pave diamonds in a sensuous shape of a wulu. This exquisite piece comes with an equally stunning matching 18K white gold and ruby bangle, and earrings.
